Last word here mum. It was your funeral today and your girls were strong as we always are. You would have been so proud of all of us.
This is a personal message to my daughters, grand daughters and my daughter in law - you were phenomenal - thank you. Your support of me, our family and of each other was something that would not have been possible without mum's inspiration.
We thought that we would post a picture of another wonderful lady..Cookie....the wonder hound (not as sad as she actually looks here)!
Night mum - love you always. You live on in all of us.
It was your funeral today nan...everyone was there - all the people you loved and who loved you and if people couldn't attend, they sent their best wishes. We think that you would have been proud of all of us - you always were. Gracie helped me read a poem (she held my hand), Mum said hello to everyone and we had a wonderful singer who played your favourite songs. No jazz hands, but a fabulous show for a fabulous lady.
Bye nan...off to Bristol now. Will take my rose to remember you by. x x x x x x x x

Such sad news but will remember happy childhood days spent together.
Lots of happy memories of you Aunty Val that I will always treasure.
We both miss you more than any words could ever say..Thankyou for being a wonderful Mom and Nan. XX
Thank you for all your love, kindness, generosity and support over the years Nan. You were a rock to me when I needed your support and I will always have special memories of my time spent with you (and your tinned carrots!) Love always Nan, rest in peace. James and Cat xxxxx
We think of you with pride and joy. We're sad now, but every thought of you still brings a smile. Your strength and determination to remain independent has inspired four generations of women and girls, for whom Saturday's are now much diminished.
Julie, Laura, Emily, Paige and Grace. x x x x x
Our Saturdays will never be the same again.
Nan we will miss you always xx
